This Hawker 700 illustrates many of Avia’s unique innovations. A 1997 design and refit management project, it involved our creation of a Canadair-style wood drink rail/armrest assembly. The lower dado was fabricated to enclose the Canadair executive tables that we sourced. To our knowledge, no other Hawker has incorporated similar features.

Avia’s standard approach focuses on visually widening and enlarging the cabin. This includes:

  • lowering the profile and re-sculpting the chairs with a horizontal theme

  • running carpet patterns or carpet carving across the cabin

  • improving upwash/downwash lighting, and

  • keeping matters simple by limiting the use of patterns, textures and color variations.
